Return eligibility at a glance
- Returns are available only for orders that show as delivered in your account (not for orders that are only shipped and not yet delivered).
- The return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery (from the date and time the order was delivered).
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. We do not offer store credit.
Wrong Book Received
If you receive a book that is incorrect (not matching your order), you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
- The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery (from the date and time the order was delivered).
- The order must show as delivered in your account. Returns are not available for orders that are only shipped and not yet delivered.
- The book must be unused and in its original condition.
- Proof of purchase (order ID and invoice) is required.
- A photo of the incorrect item may be requested for verification.
Process
- 1You can request a return in two ways: (1) Log in to your account, go to Account → Orders, open the delivered order, and click Request Return; or (2) email us at onlineordersetu@gmail.com with the subject line: "Wrong Book Received – Order #[Your Order Number]".
- 2If using the online form, select the reason "Wrong item received" and state whether you prefer a refund or a replacement. If emailing, mention your preference in the message.
- 3Once verified, we will process the refund to your original payment method or dispatch the correct book. Refunds are made only to the original payment method; we do not offer store credit.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method. Please provide your bank details for the refund.
Damaged Books
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping our books. However, if you receive a damaged book (and the damage was not caused during shipping), we offer a full refund or a free replacement to the original payment method.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
- The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (from the date and time the order was delivered).
- The order must show as delivered in your account. Returns are not available for orders that are only shipped and not yet delivered.
- The book must not be used.
- If the damage occurred during shipping or delivery, you will be directed to contact support for a carrier claim; our standard return flow is for damage not caused in transit.
- For other damage, a clear, unedited video may be requested showing the package being opened for the first time and the condition of the books. Refunds will only be issued if the damage is visible in that unboxing video.
- Proof of purchase (order ID and invoice) is required.
Process
- 1You can request a return in two ways: (1) Log in to your account, go to Account → Orders, open the delivered order, and click Request Return; select "Damaged" and answer whether the damage was caused during shipping (if yes, you will be directed to contact support). Or (2) email us at onlineordersetu@gmail.com with the subject: "Damaged Book – Order #[Your Order Number]" and attach a video of the damaged item and packaging.
- 2State whether you prefer a refund or a replacement. Refunds are made only to the original payment method; we do not offer store credit.
- 3Once verified, we will process the refund or dispatch a replacement.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Please provide your bank details for the refund.
